in a state where recent polling shows him trailing governor mitt romney by a few points. governor romney may have found added momentum with his win, he captured 83% of the vote, all 20 delegates. rick santorum was not able to garner much support. his own camp admitted damage was done when he told a local newspaper speaking english should be a requirement for puerto row coto gain state hood.
